Restoring single drives
O&O DiskImage enables you to restore single drives from existing images. It doesn’t matter how many drives were included in one image. The following drive types can be restored from an image:
- Restoration of single drives (Partitions/volumes)
- Restoration of primary, extended and logical partitions
- Restoration of simple, spanned, mirrored volumes
- Restoration of the system areas
- Restoration of the Master boot records (MBR)
- Creating system partitions (e.g. Microsoft reserved partition)
- Exclusive restoration of the Master boot records (MBR)
- Restoring a combination from the above mentioned objects (various hard disks, partitions, volumes or similar in an image)
